Are GlowieCo's products authentic?

Yes, all the products we sell on GlowieCo.com are 100% authentic. We work either directly with the brand or with an authorized distributor to source our product to ensure legitimacy. 

In addition, we also do quality checks of all our inventory once received in our California warehouse to guarantee authenticity.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally!

 

How soon can I expect my order?

After an order is placed, please allow up 1-2 days for your order to be packed. Please let us know if you need an item by a certain date and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs. 

  • For US orders: After shipping, please allow a few days for your order to arrive.
  • For International orders: Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually, it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. Also, we do not pay for anything to be released from customs to you.

 

How do I use a discount code?

You can enter in your discount code at checkout. There is an area to enter it on the top right of the Checkout page prior to entering in your payment details.

Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers. 

 

How come you don't carry (brand name)?

We are always looking for the newest innovations from Asia to carry in our assortment. If you have any brands you'd like to see us carry, please let us know through our Contact Us page. 

 

 

Can I make changes to my order?

Please send us an email at hello@glowieco.com or a message through our Contact Us page as soon as you can. We will try our best to make adjustments prior to the order shipping out. If the order has shipped out already, we unfortunately cannot make any changes.
